Why does FYPix ask for Photo Library access?
This permission is only used so you can pick a photo to edit and save the results back to your library. Your images are never uploaded or stored elsewhere.
Does FYPix collect my personal data?
No. All edits (resize, compress, convert) happen directly on your device. Hashtag generation uses text prompts sent securely to OpenAI, but no personal or face data is ever shared. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What image formats can I export to?
You can export to JPEG, PNG, HEIC, PDF, and more. We designed this to cover the most common sharing and storage needs.
Why can’t I save photos?
Check your device’s Settings > Privacy > Photos and make sure FYPix has permission to add photos.
App Crashes or Freezes
Restart your device and try again. If it continues, reinstall FYPix.
Export Takes Too Long
Larger photos may take longer to resize or convert. Try reducing resolution before exporting.
Hashtags Not Loading
Make sure you have a stable internet connection for AI hashtag generation.
