I am a conservation biologist and movement ecologist focusing on solutions-oriented research. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainability and a Rose Fellow at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, working with Dr. Adriaan Dokter and Dr. Amanda Rodewald.
My research focuses on the stopover ecology and conservation of migratory species, as well as biogeography and species redistribution under global change. A central theme of my work is examining how multiple environmental stressors interact to shape individual behaviors, species distributions, and community dynamics across taxonomic groups from birds to arthropods.
I received my B.Sc. and M.Phil. in Ecology and Biodiversity from The University of Hong Kong, advised by Dr. Timothy Bonebrake, and my Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University, advised by Dr. David Wilcove.
