Joe Moser rents two vacation homes at Futura Yacht Club (Townhouse 709 and Condo 205) directly and through VRBO and Airbnb. This policy explains what guest information we collect, how we use it, and how text messages (SMS) from our property number, (312) 847-5090, work.
Information we collect
When you book or ask about a stay, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, the dates of your stay, the names of the people staying, and anything you tell us about your visit (for example, a boat you are bringing). We also keep the messages you send us.
How we use it
We use your information only to handle your stay: to confirm the booking, send arrival and door-access instructions, send Futura Yacht Club's guest registration paperwork, answer your questions, send checkout reminders, and keep our own records and tax filings. We text only numbers that have opted in by texting START to (312) 847-5090, or that texted us first, and never a number that replied STOP.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else sees your information
We share information only as needed to run your stay: Futura Yacht Club's office (which requires a guest registration form and vehicle and boat details), our cleaning team (stay dates only), and the services we use to operate (for example, email, our phone and texting provider, and the booking sites you booked through). We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as Florida and federal tax rules require, and otherwise only as long as we need them for your stay or a future one.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing moserj@gmail.com or calling or texting (312) 847-5090.
