FXNetworks is a streaming service that you can use to watch FX shows on Chromecast. You can also use FXNetworks.com activate to activate your device and access all of your favorite entertainment.
To activate FX networks on Chromecast, you will need to know what channel number it is for each network.
FX networks on Chromecast?
If you are a fan of FX Networks, and also you have a Chromecast, then this article is only for you! Here are the instructions for getting started FXNetworks with your Chromecast-enabled streaming device.
With the Chromecast device powered on and connected to the TV, open Google Home on your phone or tablet.
Tap the "Cast" icon in the top right corner of your screen, and then select "Streaming Devices" from the list of options that appear on the right side of your screen.
Select "Chromecast." The Chromecast should now be listed under All Cast Devices under Streaming Devices.
If you do not see your Chromecast listed, make sure it’s enabled and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone connected. You must also need to restart your device if that doesn't work. On the upper right corner, click on FX Networks (app) icon and select "Connect" from the drop-down menu
Make sure you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast
Make sure you have downloaded the FX Networks app
Make sure the app is open and running on your device
Your device will connect to FXNetworks and be configured for that network.
Now you have activated FXNetworks, it's time to start using it. You can connect your Chromecast to another device on the same network so that both devices have access to the content from FXNetworks.
Start by opening the app on your phone and sign in with your account information (if you have no account then, create one!). Once signed in, click on "Broadcast" in the upper right corner of the screen. This will open up a new window where you can select which networks and apps are available for broadcasting through your Chromecast device. The list contains all of those networks that are currently configured as part of your account settings.
