To support the interest of students in pursuing or exploring a career in otolaryngology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, oromaxillofacial surgery, and plastic surgery by providing educational speakers on topics within the HEENT fields (specific specialties, subspecialties, business, lifestyle), connecting students to local and non-local physician networks, providing guidance in residency matching, engaging in community service opportunities, and to help develop preliminary skills in the interest of clinical research.
