We continue to utilize the same electronic payment method as last year to collect dues online - CheddarUp - with no app required and no need to create an account. Pay quickly and efficiently via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Transactions are powered by Stripe - safe, secure, and reputable - on a custom link provided only to Farmington Woods residents. Keep in mind, transactions will appear on your credit card statement as: CU* FWHOA Dues.

Farmington Woods Homeowner's Association
Annual dues remain at $100 per household. Costs are rising everywhere, and we’re committed to keeping expenses manageable while still maintaining our neighborhood and reaching our community goals. With your participation, you'll help us continue improving Farmington Woods without raising dues.
Over 90% of the dues is spent on common-area landscaping, sprinkler system maintenance, and the water bill. After necessary bills, a portion of the dues remaining helps cover some neighborhood event expenses and special projects. Additional funds may be collected from special event attendees, if necessary.
To continue to maintain FW's high standards for neighborhood aesthetics and continue increasing home values, we need 100% participation from our residents. If you haven't been an HOA member in the past, we encourage you to consider supporting your neighborhood this year. It's a benefit to you and your home!
