Money has been set aside in the Reserve to update the kitchen as needed, but research needs to be done as to what the kitchen will be used for and what residents would like to spend.
Requests were made to make two sides of the fitness center equal in size and equipment distribution. The restroom/changing areas were divided from the exercise areas, which were made equal in size and gender neutral.
The Clubhouse HVAC System required an update in 2022. This folder included the research that was done leading up to the choice in vendor and equipment.
The lower level lobby of the Clubhouse required a remodel involving removal of plants, transfer and rebuild of existing staircase and installation of a new lift. This folder includes the Committee's documentation of the project research.
