2.1 To spread the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to the whole world in accordance with the scriptures. By raising, training sending, and supporting missionaries throughout the world.
2.2 To plant and cover churches, maintain them until they become mature, and at the same time license and ordain ministers for the work of the gospel.
2.3 When possible and if necessary to establish and maintain schools, Bible schools, Colleges, hospitals, orphanages, homes for the needy, and income-generating projects.
3.1 Any Christian over the age of 18 years or any church shall be eligible for membership.
3.2 Application for membership by an individual or church shall be accompanied by a recommendation from one referee and a release letter from his former ministry. The application will be accessed and approved by the supreme committee.
3.3 All member churches should have church committees made up of the Pastor, deacons, and church elders. The Pastor of his/her appointed representative will be the chairman of all the church committees and he will be considered to be the vision bearer of the church.
All members churches will have to develop and support the following very strong departments
i. Youth fellowship
ii. Mother’s fellowship
iii. Father’s fellowship
5.1 The society shall be having many types of meetings. The main classes of general meetings shall be two i.e Annual general meetings and special annual general meetings
There shall be an annual general meeting of the society at the headquarters of the society. The AGM shall not be held later than March of each year. Notice of the meeting together with the agenda shall be sent to all members not less than 21 days before the date of the meeting. Advertisement by the press should have no less than 14 days before the date of the meeting.
The quorum for the general meetings shall be not less than 2/3rd of the registered members of the society.
A special general meeting of all the members may be called by the Chairman or by a majority vote of the supreme council. The notice of the SGM shall be 7 days before the date of the meeting giving the agenda of the meeting.
This meeting shall be held once a year as proposed by the supreme council. The meeting will be planned during the Annual General Meeting

Barazas will be held at the county level and diocese level. All business of the county/diocese will be discussed here. Diocese barazas will be held at least once per month. The Diocese baraza will be attended by all Pastors in the diocese.
The county baraza will be held quarterly (once in 3 months). The county baraza will consist of all the Reverends/Pastors of all diocese in the county.
This meeting shall be held once a year as proposed by the supreme council. This meeting shall be planned during the AGM.
Member churches are allowed to collect offerings in all their church services, revivals, and crusades.
Church members MUST tithe to their Pastor in the church.
Thanksgiving offering will be given to the Pastor of the member's church.
Membership fees shall be paid monthly to the office of the national treasurer.
The funds of the ministry will be utilized according to the direction of the supreme council. The expenses for ministry funds are including others, the following:
6.5.1 Spreading the word of God
6.5.2 Establishment of schools
6.5.3 Establishment of orphanages
6.5.4 Establishment of health facilities
6.5.6 Ministry administrative work
No ministry funds will be disbursed without proper authority of the office of the Bishop and or the supreme council.
6.6.1 Pastors welfare in ministry work and family
6.6.2 Spreading the word of God by holding crusades, rallies, outreaches, etc
6.6.3 Church welfare including water, electricity, instruments, etc
6.6.4 Tithe of all the income received by the church as stated in sections 6.1,6.2,6.3
6.6.5 Church development projects
An internal auditor shall be appointed by the ministry to inspect the books of all member churches and the ministry account. An external auditor shall be appointed for the following year by the annual general meeting.
All the ministry accounts, records, and documents shall be opened to the inspection of the auditor at any time. The treasurer shall give an account of his receipts and payments and a statement.
The ministry Co-Ordinator shall be a full-time employee of the ministry. He/she will be responsible for all administrative work of the ministry, coordination of all payments of churches to the mission account, in charge of the implementation of this by-laws on the direction of the Bishop and or the supreme council, monitoring and assessment of all member church projects in the ministry.
7.1 All land, buildings, and other immovable property (i.e ministry and member church plots, ministry, and member church buildings, and all ministry and member church development projects) and all securities which shall be acquired by the ministry or member church shall be vested in the names of not less than three trustees.
7.2 All ministry or member church plots, church buildings, or project buildings shall be registered in the name of the ministry and not the Pastor. The property will be held by the trustees on behalf of the church members.
Members are expected to uphold Godly character, uphold the teaching of the church, uphold the mission and vision and uphold faith victory constitution and by-laws.
10.1 Suggestion of amendments of this by-law shall be forwarded to the supreme council in writing.
10.2 The proposal shall be taken to the annual general meeting which has to be passed by the 2/3rd majority of the members.
