Mr. Somanathan also known as Soma is a scholar who majored in teaching of English. He turned into the business of sales as soon as he graduated and found a passion on building other through the skills he posses, motivational vibes!

15 years into the industry, working from top notch companies such as ING, AIA,BANCA,ALLIANCE,MANULIFE and ZURICH- can only conclude one thing- It’s time to be the boss!

During his time in the industry as an employee, he has worked with almost 20,000 agents and created around 96 training modules for the betterment of job. He has also been awarded as a champion for building agencies consecutively for 5 years since 2016-2020.
