Join us in Cesar Chavez Park (11 Spinnaker way, Berkeley, CA) on Saturday, August 13th for a FOF community cleanup!
Located right near the water, Cesar Chavez Park is a pretty big hub for seabirds. Scientists predict that by 2050, 99% of seabirds will have some form of plastic in their stomachs. So, we should be doing everything in our power to keep garbage away from wildlife.
Come hang out, have some snacks, and learn more about Futures on Fire, all while making this well-loved park a little brighter and more safe for the nearby birds. We'll be there from 12 to 4 pm, so please consider stopping by!
