Google services—including Google Sites, Forms, Sheets, and Gmail—are used to deliver the experience, collect responses, calculate results, maintain participation records, and communicate with families. These service providers may process limited technical information under their respective privacy policies.
We use collected information to:
Confirm enrollment and payment
Activate student access
Deliver the four FutureReady simulations
Score responses and provide results
Create the student’s Final Career + Skills Snapshot
Track completion
Provide customer and technical support
Attribute qualifying enrollments to a PTA/PTO Partner Code

Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations
We do not sell student personal information. We do not use student information for targeted advertising. We do not permit students to make their personal information publicly available through FutureReady.
FutureReady is designed for middle and high school students. Enrollment and activation must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Before a student receives access, the parent or guardian must review this notice and consent to FutureReady’s collection and use of the student information described above. The information is used only to provide and operate the FutureReady experience, communicate results, support the family, maintain necessary records, and improve the service using aggregated or de-identified information.
A parent or legal guardian may:
Request a description or copy of the personal information maintained about their student
Request correction of inaccurate information
Revoke consent to future collection or use
Request deletion of the student’s personal information
Ask questions about FutureReady’s privacy practices
Requests must be submitted from the parent email used during purchase or activation. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity before providing, correcting, or deleting student information.
We disclose information only when reasonably necessary to:
Use service providers that support payment processing, forms, data storage, email delivery, security, and website operations
Complete PTA/PTO enrollment attribution and financial reconciliation without providing unnecessary student-response details
Comply with applicable law, legal process, or government requests
Protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of students, families, FutureReady, or others
Complete a legitimate business transfer, subject to appropriate privacy protections
Current primary service providers include Google LLC and Stripe, Inc. FutureReady does not provide PTA/PTO organizations with individual simulation responses or detailed student results unless the parent separately authorizes it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Simulation links are provided only after enrollment approval. Families should not forward or publicly share student access links.
Student personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the FutureReady experience, provide results and support, maintain completion records, and fulfill legitimate legal or operational obligations.
For the Fall 2026 cohort, identifiable student-response and results data will generally be deleted or de-identified within 12 months after the student’s last activity, unless a parent requests earlier deletion or a longer period is required by law. Payment, tax, dispute, and accounting records may be retained for the period legally required.
To review, correct, or request deletion of a student’s information, email:
aveumfutureready@gmail.com
Use the subject line: FutureReady Privacy Request
Include the parent email used during activation and the student’s first name. Do not include sensitive identification documents unless FutureReady specifically requests a secure verification method.

By purchasing and activating FutureReady for a student, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:
They are the student’s parent or legal guardian or are otherwise legally authorized to provide consent
They have reviewed this Privacy Policy and Parent/Guardian Notice
They consent to the collection and use of the student’s first name, email address, grade, school, simulation responses, scores, results, completion information, and survey feedback
They understand that this information is used to provide access, score simulations, communicate results, create the Final Career + Skills Snapshot, provide support, and operate FutureReady
They understand that participation is voluntary
They may revoke consent and request deletion by contacting FutureReady
They will provide accurate parent and student information
They will not publicly share the student’s access links
Revoking consent may prevent FutureReady from continuing to provide the experience or maintain the student’s results.
These Terms govern the purchase and use of FutureReady Career Explorer. The purchasing parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms for themselves and authorizes the participating student’s use of the service.
A $29 enrollment provides one student with a limited, personal, non-transferable right to complete the FutureReady Career Explorer experience.
Access links, questions, scenarios, scoring methods, reports, and other FutureReady materials may not be:
Shared publicly
Resold or redistributed
Copied for commercial use
Uploaded to another platform
Used to create a competing product
Modified, reverse-engineered, or represented as another party’s work
Participants must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. FutureReady may suspend access when it reasonably believes that links have been publicly shared, payment is invalid, the service is being misused, or these Terms have been materially violated.
FutureReady may make reasonable corrections or improvements to questions, scoring, reports, delivery methods, or supporting materials. We will make reasonable efforts to address technical problems but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
FutureReady content, simulations, written materials, scoring structures, reports, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by Aveum LLC or used with permission. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership.
FutureReady uses third-party services such as Google and Stripe. Use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Questions regarding these Terms may be sent to aveumfutureready@gmail.com.
A parent or guardian may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase if the student has not submitted any FutureReady simulation.
Once a student has submitted a simulation, the purchase is generally non-refundable because access to and use of the digital educational experience have begun.
We will review requests involving:
Duplicate charges
Unauthorized transactions
Incorrect purchases
A technical problem that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period
Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law
To request a refund, email aveumfutureready@gmail.com with:
The parent’s name
The parent email used for payment
The purchase date
A brief explanation of the request
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Stripe and the customer’s financial institution.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
FutureReady Career Explorer is an educational career-exploration experience. It is not:
A psychological, medical, clinical, or diagnostic assessment
A validated aptitude or personality test
Academic, college-admissions, employment, financial, or medical advice
A guarantee of career suitability, academic success, admission, employment, income, or future performance
A replacement for guidance from parents, school counselors, educators, healthcare professionals, or qualified career professionals
Scores and insights are based on the student’s responses to simulated workplace situations and self-reported interests. Results reflect performance within the specific FutureReady activities and should not be interpreted as a definitive measure of intelligence, ability, potential, or career fit.
The Healthcare simulation is educational only and does not provide medical training or advice. Students should use FutureReady results as one source of reflection and discussion when exploring educational and career options.
References to career fields, schools, colleges, employers, or professional roles do not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership unless FutureReady expressly states otherwise.
FutureReady may update these policies to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. When required, parents will receive notice and an opportunity to provide new consent before a material change affecting the collection, use, or disclosure of student personal information takes effect.
