Respect: Honoring families' values, culture, and understanding their perspectives without necessarily agreeing with every decision.
Responsiveness & Reassurance: Providing consistent, positive communication about a strengths and progress, and offering support to make situation feel secure.
Relationship: Building trusting, informal connections through active listening and open dialogue, making each person feel welcomed and heard.
Reciprocity: Creating two-way communication where we share expertise and families share their knowledge, traditions, and insights, recognizing them as partners.
Reflection: Regularly seeking feedback from families about their experiences and suggestions to improve engagement strategies and program effectiveness.
Our vision is to develop each person to become a strong member of their family. We create a space where family member can play, learn and grow, while creating future options for their community.
Our mission is to empower youth, teens and family members through evidence-based activities that reduce past traumas, promote healthy behaviors, and maximize family success. Traumas may stem from disparities in education, economics or the environment.
We partner with non-profit organizations, fiscal sponsorships, approved ADHS and DES agencies and other community based opportunities, per grant or contract assignments.
