Thank you for choosing to use our game products and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"). This agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is entered into between you and our company (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "Platform"). By using the Game, you agree to read and accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Game.
1. General Provisions
1.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to clarify your rights and obligations as a user of the Game.
1.2 By using the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms herein.
1.3 This Agreement applies to all your activities within the Game, including in-game purchases, use of virtual items, transactions, and other related services. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement. Violations may result in account suspension, access restrictions, or other actions deemed necessary by the Platform.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for updating this information promptly if changes occur.
2.2 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.
2.3 If your account is compromised or used without authorization, you must notify us immediately and provide supporting documentation. We will assist in resolving the issue but assume no liability for losses incurred. To protect your account, we recommend promptly updating your password.
2.4 Users under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU) are prohibited from using the Game unless verified parental/guardian consent is obtained. Guardians may request deletion of minors’ data via [futuretvco.ltd@gmail.com].
2.5 We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for U.S. users under 13 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users under 16.
3. Terms of Use
3.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and refrain from engaging in illegal activities within the Game.
3.2 You must not cheat, exploit, or disrupt the Game experience, including using malware, scripts, or unauthorized methods to obtain in-game items or interfere with other players.
3.3 Prohibited actions include but are not limited to theft, fraud, malicious exploitation of virtual items (e.g., hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, fraudulent transactions, or causing crashes).
4. Payments and Transactions
4.1 In-Game purchases of virtual items or services are processed via third-party payment platforms.
4.2 Refunds for virtual items are permitted only under the following conditions:
① If technical errors, payment mistakes, or non-user-related issues render items unusable, refund requests may be submitted via customer support within 15 days of purchase.
② Refunds require valid transaction proof. We will process requests within 15 days and refund via the original payment method.
③ No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of this Agreement.
④ The Platform reserves the right to grant refunds at its discretion in exceptional cases.
4.3 Report payment errors to us immediately for assistance.
5. Privacy Protection
5.1 Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy for details.
5.2 You consent to our collection, use, and protection of your personal information within legal limits.
5.3 You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data via customer support. We will respond within 30 days and provide assistance as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All Game content (including graphics, music, videos, code, trademarks, etc.) is owned by the Platform. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use is prohibited.
6.2 If user-generated content is permitted, you warrant that such content does not infringe third-party rights. By posting content (e.g., comments, videos, screenshots), you grant the Platform a global, non-exclusive, perpetual, and sublicensable right to use it for marketing, product optimization, or other lawful purposes.
6.3 Your access to the Game is conditional on compliance with this Agreement. The Platform reserves the right to revoke access for violations, fraud, or misconduct.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Platform is not liable for losses arising from:
① User-caused account issues or in-Game losses;
② Service interruptions or delays due to network, hardware, or software failures;
③ Transaction errors caused by third-party payment platforms or communication networks.
7.2 The Platform disclaims liability for service disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or infrastructure failures).
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
8.2 Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, you agree to submit disputes to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Tianjin International Economic and Financial Arbitration Center for arbitration under its rules. In exceptional cases, disputes may be submitted to a competent court in Tianjin, China.
9. Amendments and Termination
9.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon posting within the Game.
9.2 You may terminate your use of the Game by submitting a request to [futuretvco.ltd@gmail.com] with verified account and identity details. Termination voids access to all services, and unused virtual items or balances may not be refunded.
9.3 Violations of this Agreement may result in account suspension, restrictions, or termination. Users may appeal wrongful suspensions within 30 days via customer support. The Platform will review and issue a final decision within 15 days.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
10.2 If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. The Platform will revise invalid terms to preserve the Agreement’s enforceability and compliance.
