The Future Farmers project is a collaboration between the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and the Barbados Environmental Conservation Trust (BECT).

Future Farmers also seeks to provide a space to foster continued innovation in agriculture, and for the youth to have a voice at the national policy-making level.

Our strategic objectives are to:

1. Develop and promote an evidence based knowledge platform as the basis for information sharing on youth entrepreneurship in agriculture.

2. Facilitate the adoption of innovations and best practices for enterprise development among young women and men in Barbados.
