• Temporary Processing: Photos are only used for AI processing purposes and are not retained by our app after processing

2. Function of the App

Future AI Baby Photo Generator allows users to upload two facial images and receive an AI-generated baby photo through external AI services. It is an entertainment app and does not serve any medical, biometric, or diagnostic purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

Photo Usage

• Photos are immediately sent to Replicate API for AI-powered baby photo generation and automatically deleted after 24 hours

• Images are temporarily stored in Firebase Storage during processing for 24 hours, then automatically deleted

• No facial recognition, identification, or biometric analysis is performed by our app

• We act solely as a conduit to pass user photos to third-party AI services

• Photos are not analyzed, stored, or retained by our application after processing

Subscription Management

The app integrates with third-party services for in-app purchases and subscriptions:

• Adapty – to manage in-app subscriptions

• Apple In-App Purchase API – for payment processing

These services may collect limited device-related data (e.g., model, OS version) for subscription validation, but no personally identifiable information (PII) is collected by Future AI Baby Photo Generator itself.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share your photos only with:

• Replicate API: For AI processing services

• Firebase Storage: For temporary cloud storage during processing
