liudov I posted some tips for future pinball in another thread. I got it working with an arcade terminal with 2 controllers (even use buttons from both controllers). It requires some manual steps to get working.

Maybe another AA member can help out with those files needed for people who use hyperpin or pinballx ? I use Maximus Arcade, I made my own vertical skin. it just provides me with table lists to scroll through, no videos, no wheels, no pictures, etc....My reasoning being, I'd rather spend the time playing the tables, than configuring front ends :) I should also mention that as I get older, my 'can't be arsed' basket gets bigger....

Yeh I think the only way is to include an xml file, tables, roms and scripts...Then include the media for hyperpin as you say each setup is different 2 or 3 screens...I just looked at pinballx ftp and they have a heap of dmd, table, background vids and pics to download

It's a simulator for both original tables and re-creations of existing physical pinball tables, using Microsoft Visual Basic to implement all the table logic. The physics and overall graphics of Future Pinball make it feel closer to a physical pinball than an arcade game, as it's usually the case with pinball games that are available with console emulators.

For some other tables, additional files (fonts, music) are required, which are distributed as side .fpl files. These tables must have their .fpt and all other associated files in a subfolder of their own, separate from the other tables. For example, roms/fpinball/my-cool-table/ which contains all the files.

Zen Studios is pleased to announce that the anticipated Pinball FX2 pinball platform which allows players to import their tables from Xbox 360 to Xbox One at no charge is now available on Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, via the ID@Xbox self-publishing program.

2. If you choose to associate your purchase with your Legends ID account, you may install your digital HD pinball tables/games pack on up to six (6) connected HD devices. As an alternate option, you may choose to associate your purchase with a single compatible HD device, which will allow for offline usage, but does not allow for usage on any other HD device.

Out of the Taito pinball packs, and out of all currently available packs (Suess 1 is the newest), this is my second favorite. The tables have a nice layout, sounds and art from the games, and have a nice early solid state aesthetic. There are no modes, but I prefer that. Be aware that Space Invaders has some issues on the Legends Core (stuttering and very occasional freezing). It isn't super game-breaking though. It is just probably best played on the more powerful consoles AtGames offers.

Magic Pixel so far has done a better job of creating tables that feel more real than the included tables for Legends Pinball. I bought this pack mainly for Space Invaders, as I've seen gameplay on YouTube, but truthfully, I've been having more fun with Darius and Frontline. Both these tables can make me forget that I'm playing virtual pinball, they play realistically and look like real tables. They are fast and well designed. Space Invaders is awesome. It is obviously virtual, nut this doesn't distract from the fun as flaming balls of death mow down invading aliens. For me the weak link is Rastan. It plays like an older slower table. It's well done, but I like the faster play. All in all I am very happy with these tables. ff782bc1db
