Deadline for abstract submission is the 31st of January, 2025.

We will cover the following expenses:

Food (reception, two dinners, coffee breaks, lunch, NO BREAKFAST)

No participation fee

We will NOT cover the following expenses:

Transportation

Accommodation (but see possibility for getting this covered)

There are two types of contributions:

1. Regular Talk (15 minutes + 5 minutes QA)

2. Flash Talk (5 minutes + 2 minutes QA)
