The Career Exploration Webinar Series, organized by Future Makers in New England, connects students with professionals from a wide range of fields—including medicine, research, technology, and more. In each session, guest speakers share their personal career journeys, explain what their jobs are really like, and offer advice to students who are curious about their own futures.

These webinars are designed especially for elementary, middle, and high school students, offering a friendly and inspiring space to ask questions, explore new possibilities, and learn directly from people working in their communities.

Whether you're dreaming big or just starting to think about your future, this series is a great way to discover what’s out there — and how you might get there.

The third session features a guest speaker who is a “chemistry specialist” working at a cutting-edge company in the United States.

Have you ever wondered how the periodic symbols and chemical equations you learn in school will actually be useful in the future? In this webinar, an active professional will explain to middle and high school students in an easy-to-understand way how the knowledge you find in textbooks is applied in real-world business and research to support our society.

You’ll learn how essential information for physicians, researchers, and companies in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries is collected, analyzed, and delivered to society.
