·  Keynot Abstract: Deepfake is a technology that uses AI to generate fake data, and it is being widely utilized in various fields, such as data augmentation and virtual fitting. However, there has been an increasing concern over the misuse of deepfake technology, leading to identity fraud, voice spoofing, and the spreading of fake news. Consequently, research is being conducted to develop deep learning-based techniques for detecting disinformation. Deep learning-based disinformation detection techniques focus on specific modalities, including identity fraud detection, voice spoofing detection, and fake news detection. However, deep learning methods that rely on training data have limitations in detecting disinformation related to individuals or modalities not included in the training process. The presentation presents emphasizes a multi-modal learning approach that incorporates visual, auditory, and linguistic features, aiming to overcome the limitations of being confined to specific modalities. Additionally, to detect deepfakes for individuals not included in the training process, a restricted setting is adopted where each individual has one set of real and fake data, and there is no overlap between individuals used in the train, validation, and test sets. Also, the effectiveness of the multi-modal learning method for deepfake detection are demonstrated through experiments, comparing it with uni-modal learning.

o    Keynote Abstract:

·         Newsday, information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) accelerate the development of Intelligence of Things (IoT) systems, which consist of modular integrated circuits (ICs). However, the existing IoT cannot support this all-round certification based on System-Module-IC vertical integration of upstream and downstream product hardware version identification in its supply chain. In other words, this factor limits the ability of system equipment for IoT to include version certification of System, Module and IC chip. Furthermore, in the supply chain, a comprehensive trust relationship cannot be established in the cooperation process among suppliers and other manufacturers. This keynote speech will first introduce the research of trust chain framework with hierarchical content identifier mechanism by using blockchain technology. Second, the implementation of the reconfigurable intelligence trust chain platform with anti-counterfeit traceable version functions for the customized system-module-IC will be then described. In fact. these researches are based on a private blockchain combined with a decentralized database system, Interplanetary File System (IPFS), to provide the reliability, traceability and identification of all-round customized versions of customized systems, modules and ICs. These approaches we proposed could implement of a blockchain and IPFS-Based anti-counterfeit traceable of the version customized System-Module-IC by using reconfigurable intelligence trust chain, where the DApp (decentralized application) and the smart contracts for reconfigurable intelligence trust chain have been designed and performed in the real test-bed platform. Finally, the implemented results shown that these reconfigurable trust chain approaches are met the requirements of the designed-in security as well as the trusted platform integrated solution for creating a trusted platform module (TPM) solution.
