Future Hub Support

This privacy policy applies to the Future Hub app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Mohamed Fawzy (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent.
The operating system you use on your mobile device.
Personally Identifiable Information: Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Precise Location (GPS), Profile Picture, and Device ID.

Advertisements The Application and its related website/pages may display advertisements to support the service. These ads are served by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). These providers may use cookies or identifiers to serve relevant ads based on your interests.

Account and Data Deletion (Data Safety Compliance) The Service Provider is committed to the security of your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information (such as your Email, Full Name, Phone Number, and User ID), you can request this at any time through the following methods:

Via In-App Support: You can contact our Customer Service directly through the application's support chat to request account deletion.
Via Email: Send an email to m01028761991@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

What happens next:

Data Deleted: Upon your request, we will permanently delete your authentication credentials and all personally identifiable information from our active databases.
Processing Time: Requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Children The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted.

Security We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

Changes This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. This policy is effective as of 2026-04-23.
