Since the idea of Future Forward was formed in March of 2024, Future Forward has been driven by a bold vision: To prepare the future generation of leaders to be career-ready. Our commitment extends beyond just administration; we look for visionary leaders who have passion and dedication to serving their community. These leaders support our core values—accessibility, student-focused, purposeful, and developmental—as they shape the program’s trajectory.

Our leaders are not just figureheads; they are catalysts for progress. Through an extensive selection process, we found students who exemplify our mission. They push for change in their community and inspire others to contribute their best. As Future Forward continues to grow, these leaders remain at the forefront, guiding students toward a brighter future. Their collective commitment fuels our mission to create positive change, one step at a time.

While we currently have no positions on our executive team, you can help lead Future Forwards by supporting our team in different ways, such as staying after to help clean up venues (and earn community service) or encouraging your classmates to take the next step in their career through Future Forward!

As this program is led by high schoolers, leadership will have to change every few years as students graduate. At the end of the 24-25 school year our Vice President of Operations, Micaela, will be graduating, and we will have an open slot on the executive team to take on another student leader.
