These third-party services use your photo only to generate the result you requested and do not store your face data after processing is complete.

We share your photo with these services solely because they provide the AI technology needed to generate your result. Your photo is not shared or sold for any other purpose.

Neither we nor our third-party providers retain your face data after the result is generated. Your photo is not shared with any other parties
Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Application. This includes:
Account information such as email or authentication identifiers used for sign-in
Anonymous usage data such as app interactions and feature usage
Credits balance associated with your account
Device information such as app version and operating system for performance and stability
We do not collect or store any images you submit for generation. Input photos are temporarily transmitted to Google's Gemini API solely to perform image generation and are not saved on our servers. All generated output images are saved locally on your device only and are not uploaded to our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information only to:
Provide and operate the Application
Authenticate user accounts
Manage and track credits usage (5 credits per image generation)
Restore credits when you log in
Improve app performance and stability
Prevent fraud or abuse
Image Processing and AI
When you use the image generation feature, your input photo is temporarily sent to Google's Gemini API for AI processing. This is required to provide the core functionality of the Application. We do not retain your input images on our servers. Generated output images are returned to your device and stored locally only.
By using this feature, you acknowledge that your photo is temporarily processed by Google's Gemini API, which is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Account and Authentication
Authentication is managed using Firebase. Your account data is securely stored and linked to your profile to allow login and credit synchronization across devices.
Credits System
The Application uses a virtual credit system. Credits are required to generate images. Each generation consumes 5 credits.
Credits:
Have no monetary value outside the Application
Are tied to your account
Are stored securely on backend servers
Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency
Are non-refundable except where required by law
Generated Content Storage
All generated images are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or access generated images on our servers.
Payments
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment information. Payment processing and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
Data Storage and Security
We use secure backend services (Firebase) to store account and credit-related data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services:
Firebase (Google) — for authentication and backend storage
Google Gemini API — for AI image generation processing
Apple App Store — for payment processing
Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their data handling beyond our use of their APIs.
Data Retention
We retain account-related data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at app.developer2019@gmail.com or through the support section in the Application.
Upon deletion, your account data and credit balance will be permanently removed.
International Users
The Application is available globally. Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using the Application, you consent to this transfer.
We take steps to ensure your data is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.
Children's Privacy
The Application is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 17. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
