Welcome to FutbolLibre (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application FutbolLibre (package name: com.futbol.libretv).

By using FutbolLibre, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Information We Collect
FutbolLibre does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information.

However, the app and its third-party partners may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, language, screen size)

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android)

• IP address and general location (country/region level)

• Network and connectivity status

• App usage interactions related to advertisements (impressions, clicks)

• Crash and performance data generated by the operating system or SDKs

3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:

• Provide sports highlights, live content, and video playback features

• Load and display advertisements through our ad mediation partner

• Measure ad performance and prevent ad fraud

• Check for app updates and maintain app functionality

• Improve stability, performance, and user experience

4. Third-Party Services
FutbolLibre relies on third-party services that may collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

• Scorebat — sports video and match data API (https://www.scorebat.com/)

• YouTube — embedded video playback when applicable. Privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

• Third-party websites — opened inside an in-app WebView for live sports or related content. Those sites may use cookies and collect data independently.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

5. Advertising
FutbolLibre is supported by advertisements. Our ad partners may use your Advertising ID and similar identifiers to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your device settings and applicable laws.

On Android, you can limit ad personalization in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

6. App Permissions
FutbolLibre may request the following permissions on Android:

• Internet — to load sports content, videos, and advertisements

• Access Network State / Wi-Fi State — to check connectivity before loading content

• Advertising ID — required for ad delivery and attribution on Android 13+

FutbolLibre does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location GPS data for its core features.

7. Data Retention
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to each partner’s own retention policies. Cached images and temporary app data may be stored locally on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.

8. Children’s Privacy
FutbolLibre is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data held about you

• Object to or restrict certain processing activities

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the app. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
