Fuse – Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Fuse ("the game") is made by RVV Studios ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. Contact: under.rated.ruan@gmail.com.
You don't need an account, and we never ask for your real name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
In Fuse City you pick a username (a nickname, not your real name). Friends you add can see your username, your town and your town level.
Your progress is saved on your device.
The game shows ads (through Unity LevelPlay: ironSource Ads and Unity Ads) and measures how the game is played (GameAnalytics), using an advertising ID and anonymous identifiers.
The online features (Daily Fuse leaderboard, friends, visiting towns) use Unity Gaming Services with an anonymous player ID and your username plus a short tag, such as "Mayor_Ruan#4821".
Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your payment details.
You can turn analytics off in Settings, and (in the EU/UK) change your ad consent under Settings ▸ Privacy options.
Advertising ID, device and app info (model, OS, language), IP address (used for approximate country), ad interactions. Processed by Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads (ads). Why: To show ads, measure them, prevent fraud; personalised ads only where you allow it
Anonymous device/user ID, device model and OS, country (from IP), game events (levels started/won/lost, taps used, boosters, ad views, purchases with product and price), session start and length. Processed by GameAnalytics (analytics). Why: To understand how the game is played and improve it
App instance ID, advertising ID (on iPhone/iPad only when you allow tracking), device model and OS, country (from IP), app install and open events, levels completed. Processed by Google Analytics for Firebase (Google). Why: To measure which of our own ads lead to installs and to players who keep playing (Google Ads); follows your consent choice and the Settings ▸ Analytics switch
Android only: your Google Play Games profile (player ID, gamer name) and the achievements you unlock. Processed by Google Play Games Services (Google). Why: To show and sync your Fuse achievements in Google Play Games
Anonymous player ID, username (or a generated name if you haven't picked one), Daily Fuse results (taps, time, stars). Processed by Unity Gaming Services (Authentication and Leaderboards). Why: To run the Daily Fuse leaderboard
Your friends list and friend requests, and whether you're online. Processed by Unity Gaming Services (Friends). Why: So you can add friends and see them
A copy of your town (buildings, roads, level, stall listings), your username, and the trades and help you gave in friends' towns. Processed by Unity Gaming Services (Cloud Save). Why: So friends can visit your town, buy from your stall and help you
Purchase records (product, time, order ID). Processed by Google Play / Apple and the game. Why: To deliver and restore what you bought
Game progress, coins, boosters, settings, your full city save. Stored on your device. Why: To save your game
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the data to identify you personally.
Ads are provided through Unity LevelPlay, which works with ad networks including ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent using Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown, and passes your choice to these networks; you can change your choice at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy options. Elsewhere you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Ads; iOS: Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking). Buying Remove Ads turns off ad breaks and banners; rewarded ads remain optional.

Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
GameAnalytics receives anonymous gameplay events so we can balance levels and fix problems. Switch it off any time in Settings ▸ Analytics.
GameAnalytics' policy: https://gameanalytics.com/privacy
The game also uses Google Analytics for Firebase, only to see whether our own Google ads lead to installs and to players who keep playing (it records installs, app opens and completed levels). It starts with all consent signals off, follows your consent choice, and stops when you switch off Settings ▸ Analytics. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from partner apps: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
On Android the game signs in to Google Play Games automatically, the way most Play games do, and unlocks Fuse achievements there as you reach them. Your Play Games profile and achievements are managed by Google under its policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can turn off automatic sign-in or delete your Play Games data in the Google Play Games app.
When you open or join the Daily Fuse leaderboard, the game signs in anonymously with Unity Gaming Services and shows your username (or a generated name).
Your username must be 3–14 letters, numbers or underscores, and the game blocks offensive words. Unity adds a short tag (for example #4821); the whole thing is your friend code.
Only people who have your friend code can send you a friend request, and you choose whether to accept it. There is no public search, chat or messaging.
Friends you accept can see your username, town level and a copy of your town, buy from your roadside stall, and help your town once a day.
To report a username or a player, email under.rated.ruan@gmail.com with their friend code. We review reports and can remove names or accounts that break these rules.
Unity's policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
Fuse is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Uninstalling the game deletes everything stored on your device. Your online record (username, friends, town copy) stays with Unity Gaming Services until you ask us to delete it.
Analytics and leaderboard data are kept by the providers above under their retention policies. To ask for deletion of data linked to your anonymous IDs, email under.rated.ruan@gmail.com (include your friend code or the name shown in the game). We respond within 30 days.
Data sent by the game travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the providers above.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the game.
