Uploading Poster (June 1–)
Please upload your poster file on ONLINE CONF.
You can upload your file even on the day of the seminar.
* Detailed instructions on how to register and upload your poster will be emailed later to those who have completed tentative registration.
Creation of Poster Files
Please create your poster file in PDF format. Please do not embed audio or video, and do not set a security password.
We recommend a format, A4-size landscape orientation with multiple pages, although there are no particular specifications for the visual appearance of the poster files, such as paper size, aspect ratio, or number of pages.
For A4-size posters, it is good to use a font size of 12 pt. or larger for better visibility.
We recommend that the file size be kept as small as possible (5 MB or less is better). Large file size or paper size (e.g., A0-size portrait orientation with 1 page) may significantly reduce visibility and readability on the platform.
* If there are any changes to the poster preparation instructions, they will be announced by e-mail to those who have completed tentative registration.
