FURWELL PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Sandia Capital Ventures LLC ("Furwell," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Furwell mobile application (the "App"). This policy describes the version of Furwell currently being released.
1. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy applies to information handled through the Furwell mobile application.
2. INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO STORE IN FURWELL
Furwell lets you enter and organize information about your pets. Depending on how you use the App, this may include pet names, pet type or species, age or birth information, pet photos, health profile information, medications, vaccinations, veterinary visits, reminders, notes, and other pet health or care information you choose to enter.
Furwell also allows you to attach photos of veterinary or health-related documents to a pet's health records.
3. LOCAL STORAGE
In the current version of Furwell, pet profiles, health information, reminders, health records, and health-record photos are stored locally on your device. Furwell does not currently provide account-based cloud synchronization or cloud backup for this information.
Because this information is stored locally, deleting Furwell's app data or uninstalling the App may result in loss of information stored in Furwell. You are responsible for keeping any veterinary records or other information you need outside the App.
4. CAMERA AND PHOTO LIBRARY ACCESS
Furwell may request access to your device's camera or photo library when you choose to add a pet photo or attach an image to a health record. Furwell uses this access only to provide the feature you selected. You control whether to grant these permissions through your device settings.
5. HEALTH-RECORD IMAGE PROCESSING
Automatic optical character recognition (OCR) is disabled in the current release of Furwell. Furwell does not currently send health-record photos to an OCR service for automatic text extraction. Health-record information associated with a photo must be reviewed or entered manually in the current version.
If Furwell introduces OCR, cloud processing, or similar document-analysis features in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate before those features are used to process information.
6. REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS
Furwell can create reminders for pet care and may request permission to send device notifications. Reminder information is used to provide the reminders you create. Notification delivery can depend on your device settings and operating-system behavior.
7. ACCOUNTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PAYMENTS
The current Furwell release does not require a Furwell account and does not currently offer a Furwell subscription or collect payment-card information. If accounts, subscriptions, or other paid services are introduced later, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
8. ADVERTISING AND SALE OF INFORMATION
Furwell does not sell your personal information or your pet's health information. The current release does not use pet health information or health-record photos for advertising.
9. SHARING OF INFORMATION
Because the current release stores Furwell pet and health-record information locally, Furwell does not currently operate a cloud service that receives those records as part of the App's normal pet-record features.
We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request. App distribution platforms and operating-system services may separately process information under their own privacy policies when you download the App or use platform-level services.
10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Pet information stored by Furwell remains on your device until you edit or delete it, clear Furwell's app data, or uninstall the App, subject to your device's behavior. Furwell provides controls for managing pet information within the App.

Because the current release stores core pet records locally rather than in a Furwell account, we may not possess a server-side copy of the information stored on your device.
11. SECURITY
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the current design of Furwell to protect information under our control. Information stored locally is also affected by the security of your device. No storage method or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Furwell is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through a Furwell account or cloud service in the current release. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Sandia Capital Ventures LLC, contact us at charlestmeade@gmail.com.
13. VETERINARY AND HEALTH INFORMATION
Furwell is an organizational and reminder tool for pet owners. It is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Information stored in Furwell should not replace records maintained by your veterinarian or advice from a licensed veterinary professional.
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when Furwell's features or data practices change. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and make the revised policy available at the public location used for Furwell's Privacy Policy.
