the Çiftomate of Fürtosèlag gets its official title from the word Çiftom, which translates to "leader" in the fürtosı language. This name is also given to the head of state, who is dubbed the Çiftom of Fürtosèlag.
The Çiftom possesses full rule over Fürtosèlag, and may step down from the role at any point in time. The Çiftom must also elect an Asistı-Çiftom, who acts as a deputy or vice head of state and can also make independent decisions with Çiftom approval.

If a Çiftom decides to steps down, the previous Asistı-Çiftom automatically takes the role, and must elect a new Asistı.

The government of Fürtosèlag is based in the capital of Küngn, and the micronation is currently working on expanding its government systems
