To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
