“No call, no show”
Our no-call, no-show policy refers to you having a standing appointment and not giving us a call to cancel your appointment. You will then be required to pay the full fee of your grooming service before we are able to reschedule your future appointment
“Less than 24hr”
Our “less than 24 hr” policy refers to you having a standing appointment and not giving us at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation. If you are unable to do so you will then have to pay a $25.00 fee in order to reschedule your future appointment
“10 minutes’”
Our “10 minutes” policy refers to you being no more than 10 minutes late. If you show up to your appointment more than 10 minutes late you will then have to pay a $25.00 late fee and reschedule your appointment
Pick up policy
Our pick up policy refers to you not coming back inside the building to pick up your pet before we call you. This can result in your pet to have a negative change in behavior and possibly result in us not being able to complete the groom. This policy also refers to you failing to pick up your pet before closing time unless discussed prior, this could result in a sitting fee determined by the time.

By signing this form, you confirm that the above named pet(s) vaccinations are current and up to date. Additionally you agree to ensure that all vaccinations are up to date prior to appointments in the future.
Veterinary Care
By signing this form, you give permission to Furbabies to obtain immediate veterinary care for your pet should it become ill or injured while in our care, at our sole discretion. You agree that you will be financially responsible for any and all treatment of the above named pet(s), except in the event that said illness or injury was a result of accident or negligence of Furbabies Staff or affiliates. In the event of such an incident, you agree to hold harmless Furbabies, it's employees and it's affiliates.
Missed Appointments
By signing this form, you acknowledge and agree to our policy of “NO CALL NO SHOW” if you are unable to let us know that you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment you will then be required to pay the cost of your grooming fee before you are able to reschedule. By signing this form, you agree to our “LESS THAN 24HR” policy. If you are unable to give us a 24 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment you will be required to pay a $25.00 fee before you're able to reschedule. By signing this form, you agree that you will be on time to your appointments. If you are unable to achieve this and arrive at your appointment 10 or more minutes late we are no longer able to take you, you then will then have to pay a $25.00 late fee before you are able to reschedule.
Satisfaction
By signing this form, you agree that if you are not satisfied with your grooming service you will notify Fur Babies within 24 hours of your completed service and allow us an opportunity to rectify the issue.
