What is "Instrument Multitasking"?

I find ways to play video games WITHOUT using my hands so that I can use my hands to do something else, such as playing an instrument! This allows me to do challenges where I play a game while ALSO playing along with the soundtrack on my instrument!

Crazy idea, right? Well I was insrpired by this video by Akmigone on YouTube, so I can't take credit for the idea. All of my multitasking challenges are just reusing this same concept, I don't know where I would be if I never saw this video. Thank you Akmigone!
