Payment Terms

All services offered by FundRaiser123 require full upfront payment. Payment confirms and validates the order. No service will begin until payment has been successfully received and verified.

By completing payment, the client agrees to the terms outlined on this page.

Pricing & Discount Policy

All prices displayed are standard service rates.

• Discounts may be available in certain cases, depending on the service type or project scope

• Discount eligibility is determined solely by FundRaiser123

• Interested clients should contact us directly for more information about discounted pricing

• Discounts must be confirmed in writing before payment is made

Unless a discount has been formally approved, standard pricing applies.

Accepted Payment Structure

• Payments are 100% upfront

• Partial payments, installments, or deferred payments are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing

• Payment authorizes FundRaiser123 to proceed with service delivery

Order Confirmation & Service Activation

Once payment is confirmed:

• The order is validated

• Service preparation or execution begins

• Clients may be contacted via email to provide required information or materials

Delays caused by incomplete or late client responses do not invalidate the order or payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of professional and digital services:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

• Cancellation requests made before work begins may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

• Approved refunds, if any, may be subject to administrative or processing deductions

Completed or partially delivered services are not eligible for refunds.

Service Scope & Revisions

Each service includes a defined scope as stated on the service page, proposal, or invoice.

• Revisions are limited to what is included in the selected service

• Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees

• Major changes after service commencement may be treated as a new order

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required materials, and timely responses. FundRaiser123 is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client submissions.
