     • Some banks require enrollment/registration of biller prior to payment

   • Enter all required details and use your Policy Number as Subscriber Number or Account Number (example: 510-1234567, 311-1234567)

For over-the-counter payments:

2. • Provide required information on you Bills Payment Slip

   • Use your Policy Number as Subscriber Number or Account Number (example: 510-1234567, 311-1234567)

   • Merchant / Biller Name: AXA PHILIPPINES LIFE

     • For BDO OTC, use Institution Code 0190

For Visa/MasterCard credit card payments via AXA Website:

3. • Visit https://www.axa.com.ph/payments/premium-onetime

     • Use your Policy Number as Subscriber Number or Account Number (example: 510-1234567, 311-1234567)

       • Credit card payment portal cannot be used for Single Premium policies and Lump Sum Top Ups

     • Tick the Captcha box and Agree to proceed
