1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Please read these Terms (hereinafter 'Terms') of use carefully before downloading the Application (as defined below). By installing the Application End User (as defined below) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Google Play Terms of Service (available at

https://play.google.com/intl/en-us_us/about/play-terms.html). Please review them carefully before installation and/or acceptance. Please do not install the Application in case you are not agree with these Terms in whole or in any part thereof.

1.2. DEFINITIONS

1.2.1. 'We', 'Antivirus Mobile - Cleaner, Phone Virus Scanner', or 'Application' means the mobile apps provided by MGETECH on App Markets.

1.2.2. 'End User' - is an individual owner or user of the Device using the app for its intended purpose. Any use of the Application in any other manner, including, without limitation, resale, transfer, modification or distribution of the Application is prohibited for the End User.

1.3. Subject to these Terms the End User is granted with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable license to use the Application for personal use only on a Device owned or controlled by End User.

1.4. The Application is available at the Google Play store or may be provided as the installation file by the Application developer.

1.5. The Application is designed for personal non-commercial use free of charge. Use the most resent update for better performance.

1.6. All Application updates are free of charge. End user acknowledges and accepts all the risks associated with the installation of the Application and performance thereof. Developers and copyright owners of the Application are not liable for any claims based on incurred damage to the End User’s or other individuals’ devices and software products caused by downloading, installing or using the Application. The End User determines the necessity and appropriateness of the Application on his own discretion and acknowledges all possible risks of such use. End User bears all the responsibility for the use of the Application and all the consequences of such use.

2. THE TERM AND TERRITORY

2.1. End User is granted a non-exclusive right to download, install and use Application worldwide. The period of use is unlimited.

3. RESTRICTIONS

3.1. End User may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of Application, any updates, or any part thereof. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of developers and copyright holders. If You breach this restriction, You may be subject to prosecution and damages.

3.2. End User may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Application. The end user may not distribute the Application or make it available over local or global networks.

3.3. The End User must remove the Application prior to sale or other transfer of the Device.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Application and any services performed or provided by the Application are provided "as is" and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, and Application provider hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to Application and any services, either express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, of satisfactory quality, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy, of quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third party rights.

4.2. Application provider does not warrant against interference with your enjoyment of Application, that the functions contained in, or services performed or provided by Application will meet your requirements, that the operation of the Application or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects of Application or services will be corrected. No oral or written information or advice given by application provider or its authorized representative shall create a warranty.

4.3. End User agrees that Application may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to End User (if any) related to Application. Such information will be used as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify End User, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to End User.

4.4. To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Application provider be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Application, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort or otherwise) and even if application provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4.5. Only individuals of legal age may use the Application. End Users younger than eighteen (18) must review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian to ensure the parent or legal guardian acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Should End User’s parent or legal guardian not acknowledge and agree to these Terms, End User must immediately uninstall this Application and discontinue its use.

4.6. These Terms may be updated from time to time.

5. UPDATES AND ENHANCEMENTS

5.1. Terms will govern the use of any upgrades and improvements of the Application, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate Terms in which case they will govern.
