FUN WITH LANGUAGE LEARNING - Teachers in the project

I'm Nurcan SATI from Niyazi Mısri Anatolian İmam Hatip Secondary School. I have been teaching English more than 23 years. I believe learning is a lifelong process, therefore, Every year, I involve in different projects to catch up with the changes.I like travelling and reading. I will include my 10-11 year old students in this project.

Hello! I am Dora Dimitriades and although I was born and raised in the USA I have been living and working in Thessaloniki as an English teacher since 2005. For many years I have been a teacher at De la Salle Elementary School in Thessaloniki, Greece. I teach students from 2nd to 6th grade. I believe in education outside of the box, classroom and textbooks which is why I think these programs are exactly what students need. It is my first E-Twinning project but I am eager and willing to learn. I'm very excited to be a part of this group and hope to learn many new exciting things with my 4th grade students (9-10 years old

I am Alexandra, a support teacher at a Centre for Students with Special Needs in Medias, Sibiu county, Romania. The students I work with are in secondary school. Their cognitive disabilities challenged me to enter the eTwinning world. So, after a 13-year career in teaching and with 5 years experience on the eTwinning platform, I would like to discover new ways of learning English for all my 10 students.
I hope that this adventure that is about to begin will be fruitful and bring us all only new experiences!

My name is Helena Slamek, I live and work in Čakovec. It is a small town in the north of Croatia. I am class teacher. I have been working at the school for about 15 years. My students are 7 - 11 years old. I am currently a 2nd grade teacher. I look forward to further cooperation and work on e-twinning projects. Hello! I'm Arianna Brancaccio. I'm an English teacher in "Comprehensive school" in Giffoni Valle Piana, a small town not far from Salerno, in the South of Italy. I have been teaching for about 20 years, as an English teacher in High School, a support teacher and finally an English teacher at Middle School. Our students are 10-14 years old. We were already involved in E-twinning projects in the past, since we really believe it is a very motivating occasion for our students to develop their active citizenship and knowledge of our world. We are also involved in various Erasmus+ KA122 projects and we are eager to prepare some students' mobilities, if possible with you!!!!

Hi! I'm Elia Sciumanò. I teach math and science. My school is an Italian "Comprehensive School", in Giffoni Valle Piana (the same school of Arianna). My students are 10-14 years old. I'm very happy to partecipate in this project.

For my students, it will be an important opportunity to meet and share with student of different countries so, in my opinion, this allows them to have more open-minded and make progress in citizenship competences.

I’m Kata Hajdúné Jezsik from Szolnok in Hungary.

I’m a teacer in an Hungarian-English Bilingual Primary School. I teach in lower primary. (www.kassaiszolnok.hu)

Our students are aged between 6 and 14.

My group is into sports, drama and nature. We look for partners to encourage ECO friendly behaviour and inspire 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle).

I like teaching my students to think outside the box.

eTwinning projects are great ways to do so. In our school we seek for opportunities to get in touch with international primary schools and work on flourishing professional partnerships, like projects and student exchanges.
