Group counseling is a great way to receive support and feedback from peers, decrease feelings of loneliness, practice social skills, learn coping skills to help manage strong emotions, and increase one's understanding of self and others. Plus, all counseling groups are free!
If you would like to participate in a group that you don't see listed here, please let us know! We build groups based on student interest. Email Head of Counseling Services Meagan Howell-Brogan at mhowellb@fandm.edu with your ideas.
