Current Groups At Counseling Services 

Group counseling is a great way to receive support and feedback from peers, decrease feelings of loneliness, practice social skills, learn coping skills to help manage strong emotions, and increase one's understanding of self and others. Plus, all counseling groups are free!

Invisible Illness Group 

This group is composed of all genders, class years, and conditions. We are succeeding in college, and interested in helping others be successful as well. All are welcome, whether it's Crohn's disease, chronic pain, an autoimmune disorder, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS/Dysautonomia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, gastroparesis, diabetes, or any other chronic illness/invisible disability. 


Not sure if you "qualify"? We can pretty much guarantee that means you do.

Spectrum of Support Group

This group is composed of all genders and  class years. We’re building a supportive group of students with a neurodiversity focus.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Group 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) support groups offer an inclusive, nurturing environment for participants to learn CBT techniques, share experiences, and receive support from others who are on a similar healing journey.

Women's Support Group

Welcome to all who identify as women. 

This group will focus on mental health issues and concerns specific to women. During our shared journey, we will address and process what it's like to experience and navigate through the world as a woman.

Grief Counseling Support Group

Counseling services is offering a support group to students who are

grieving the loss of a close loved one.


Grief in college is often profoundly isolating; a support group can be a safe place to connect and ease the sense of being alone with very difficult emotions.
