I am a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor (RTD-B) at the Politecnico di Torino. Here, I am with the Computer Network Group (NetGroup), in the Department of Control and Computer Engineering, since 2018.
In 2019 I spent six months at the Imperial College of London, as Visiting Researcher in the research group Resilient Information Systems Security (RISS). From January 2017 to September 2018, I was a Research Fellow at CNR-IEIIT, an Institute of the Italian National Research Council (CNR), of which currently I am Research Associate.
In 2020 I achieved the National Scientific Qualification (ASN II Fascia, 09/H1). I got my PhD (Summa cum laude) in 2017 and M.Sc. degree (Summa cum laude) in 2013, both in Computer Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino.
My current research interests are in the areas of cybersecurity and network management, with a special focus on:
Modelling, Analysis, Refinement and Verification of Security Policy
Modelling and Configuration of Network Security Functions (NSF)
Verification of Security Requirements in (Industrial) Critical Systems
Modelling, Analysis and Mitigation of Threats in Smart and Distributed Systems
