Dear Net Worth Realty Selection Committee:
I am honored to write this letter of recommendation for Jenna Fulton in her pursuit of job at Net Worth Realty. I have known Jenna for the past six years as a teacher, but I have known her family for longer. Jenna has the hard working and friendly character that the Net Worth Realty is seeking.
As a student, Jenna has grown much from the seventh-grade girl who seemed a little shy, but always had a willing smile in the smallest class I had taught at Miller School. She may not have always liked what we did in class, but she always tried to do her best and learn what was needed. Seventh grade is new and exciting, yet scary and demanding for the students coming across from the elementary. Jenna experienced all of those feelings, but worked through some, enjoyed others, and just found her way through the first year of junior high. When Jenna returned to my classroom as a sophomore, I saw the quick smile was still there, along with a wonderful laugh and a security in her abilities as a high school student. Jenna again showed me one of the best qualities I like to see in students: she may not like what we had to do in class, but she always did the work and she always gave her best and worked hard. Jenna does not give up, no matter what task is given to her, and that drive and determination (and grit!) will always be a part of her future successes. Jenna has continued on through high school with the same attitude toward her studies. She is a wonderful young lady to have in class, sharing her ideas and understandings, and keeping herself moving along the road to her future. The highest honor our students can earn is to become a member of National Honor Society and Jenna’s determination and hard work earned her that key. I enjoyed her in class because she did not know it all, but she was not going to let me down as a teacher or let herself down on her abilities---she always tried and gave her very best.
As an athlete, Jenna is outstanding, dedicated, and talented. As her activities show, she has so much natural talent and determination in the rodeo arena and has amassed so many awards and honors. Jenna has spent thousands of hours in the practice barn, and her hard work has paid off; but she definitely deserves the wins, the recognitions, and the honors. She has worked hard, and when the outcome was not what she wanted, she worked harder. Just like when she was in the classroom, her grit and determination drive her to always do her very best and not settle for anything less than what she believes she is capable of. That characteristic right there will be the reason that Jenna will realize every single one of her goals---giving up is too easy, and Jenna will never allow that. She will work harder, practice harder, and she will meet or exceed those goals. Although Jenna’s family has instilled many of these characteristics in her, life has also shown Jenna the importance of doing your best simply because you can. I believe that rodeo has formed Jenna into a strong, can-do person.
Jenna has amazing abilities that she has grown through educational and athletic activities. Her personality will endear her coworkers and clients. Jenna is compassionate, loyal, and honest, much of that raised into her by her family’s strong morals and values. She has experienced trials and tribulations in the last four years that are heartbreaking; Jenna keeps showing her strength and courage to keep the faith and keep going forward. Her attitude is commendable and rock solid. This young woman is going places, and I am so excited to see where her hard work, determination, and grit will take her.
I recommend Jenna without reservation for Net Worth Realty, as she has the qualities and she is so deserving. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions.
Sincerely,
Lisa M. Anson
