Ian Robinson, is a coach, trainer, and culture builder with over 25 years of experience in leadership, professional development, and performance improvement. With well over 10,000 hours dedicated to coaching and mentoring, Ian has guided professionals in the real estate business to clarify vision, set strategy, and achieve breakthrough results.


As a former Managing Broker and Vice President at a large national brand and the at one of Chicagoland’s largest real estate companies, Ian led award-winning offices through some of the industry’s most challenging market cycles. He built onboarding systems adopted companywide, created training programs on negotiation, time management, and business growth, and designed accountability platforms that helped hundreds of agents succeed. His leadership consistently turned underperforming branches into nationally recognized, top-producing offices and in the worst housing market ever 2007 to 2009 increased the average office agents production by over 10 sales a year.


Ian’s approach blends his background in education and the fine arts with proven business strategy. A lifelong learner and voracious reader, he integrates the latest in leadership, mindset, and skill development into every coaching engagement. Whether working one-on-one or with teams, his greatest joy comes from helping others find confidence, unlock potential, and achieve their goals.


Beyond real estate, Ian has served in nonprofit leadership roles, including Treasurer and President of the North Shore–Barrington Association of REALTORS®, where he overhauled finances,  grew reserves, added services and staff. He is also deeply involved in local charities, arts and community service initiatives.
