Hi, I’m Jessica. I’ve been practising doula work long before I ever knew the word doula. As a naturally curious, research-driven, and deeply invested person, my circle often sought my advice in understanding baby sleep, breastfeeding, birth, and parenting. Through my own pregnancies and raising four children, I’ve spent years learning, asking questions, and supporting friends and family through every bump, concern, and decision along the way.

I’m a Christian Mom, and a doula who values thoughtful, evidence-informed care. I believe support makes a real difference — especially during seasons of change — and I strive to offer care that is calm, respectful, and grounded.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside with my kids exploring parks and nature, chatting with friends, teaching reading in the forest, tending my herbal garden, or helping neighbours where I can. And yes — I’m probably still reading something about birth, parenting, or health.
