Full Body Workout respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use the Full Body Workout mobile application.

Full Body Workout does not require you to create an account to use the workouts. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, authentication information necessary to identify your account is processed through Firebase Authentication.
The app may also store information you provide, such as your name, age, and gender, as well as your workout history and progress.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to provide and improve the app’s functionality, authenticate your account, save your workout progress, and sync your data across your devices when you are signed in.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
Full Body Workout uses trusted third-party services to provide certain features, including Firebase services provided by Google, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
We use these services for user authentication and for securely storing and syncing workout data.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. When you sign in, your workout progress and related data may be securely stored using Firebase services so that it can be synced across your devices.
Some information may also be stored locally on your device to support the app’s functionality.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the app’s services. If you have signed in with Apple or Google, you may request deletion of your account and associated data.
