I am generally interested in or have some exposure to the questions related to the following topics:
shock formation for compressible fluids, and
classification of ergodic measure-preserving transformations, especially Kakutani equivalence.
Besides the above topics, I am also interested in exploring the following topics during my graduate studies:
implosion-type singularities for compressible fluids,
singularity formation for incompressible fluids, and
application of ideas in dynamical systems to PDEs.
