A cozy, slightly upscale Izakaya started by Tetsuya Fukuda, former Head Chef of KATANA Asoke.
We opened on December 1, 2025, with the idea of creating a relaxed space, great food, and prices that anyone can feel comfortable with.
A Cozy Counter Crafted by a Japanese Carpenter
Our live counter has 10 seats, equipped with built-in IH so you can enjoy our signature Shabu-Shabu right in front of you.
We also make sure solo guests feel welcome — our team behind the counter always serves with warm smiles and friendly energy.
Open Table Area
We designed this space with plenty of room to walk, reducing the feeling of being cramped next to other tables.
For larger groups or friends dining together, the tables can easily be moved and joined to create a bigger shared space.
We have three private rooms, suitable for 6–8 guests each.

He began learning Japanese cuisine at the age of 14, working at his uncle’s traditional ryotei in Ikaho Onsen. He later trained at “ZAI,” the Japanese restaurant at the Sheraton Mirage Hotel in Australia.
After joining a company in Nagoya, he gained extensive experience overseeing several well-known restaurants such as Soi Dining Mame-Mame, Tonkatsu Kitchen Takumi, Back40 American Restaurant & Bar, and Shingetsu.
At age 32, he moved to Thailand, serving as both Head Chef and Managing Director at Katana Thonglor and Katana Asoke.
At 43, he became independent. He also appeared—though narrowly defeated—on Thailand’s cooking competition show inspired by Iron Chef.
“Recently I’ve been making a lot of high-end cuisine, so I wanted to return to my roots and create a fun, relaxed, and genuinely delicious izakaya,” he says, starting this new chapter with passion.
