The Criteria of career advance for foreign workers in Fujimien

We Fujimien have four basic principles.

We hope that there will be a staff member who will provide care together based on this philosophy.

The first stage is prepared for foreigners who are familiar with Fujimien, users,and staffs that also consider it as a period to understand each other.

★ 1th stage for (general part-time staff level)

・ Basic communication

You can recognize all staff ‘s, user's name, face and the position of the room ,the seat of users.

Daily conversations can be conducted with staff and users.

・ You can read care records.

・ Understand the facilities of Fujimien

You can perform basic in-house assistance such as changing sheets, cleaning, replenishment of equipment, and laundry.

Equipment in the facility can be used correctly.

You can learn basic way of movement of the staff while supporting work.

・ About work attitude

Do you have an attitude to understand Japanese customs and customs?

Do you have an attitude to understand the rules in this facility?

Do you have an attitude to work as a care worker?

It is an important factor in advancing to the second stage whether you have an attitude to understand the user's feelings or not

・ Knowledge

You can understand general care knowledge. (You understand the contents of first stage in facilities using the applications software of study and training.

You understand the philosophy of Fujimien correctly.

(If you have no problem of working as a part-time worker, this stage is final.

but if you work more longer, you will advance to the next step at a suitable occasion.)

※ If we can confirm your willingness as care worker especially above contents, , you can go to 2 stages.

The second stage is a period in which you acquire the basics necessary to become a regular staff member.

There are also included in the evaluation and are a major step towards becoming regular employees that the basics of nursing home systems, the acquisition of advanced communication skills, diligence, etc., other than simple care services

As for the complicated ones such as understanding of the contents of the system, the post-employee staff will take time to teach according to the level of you. You feeling uneasy, we will be glad to interviews and assist not to make any mistakes too.

★ 2th stages (full part ➡ regular staff candidate)

・ Advanced communication

Communication about the care of the user is almost possible with the staff and the user and can understand the contents.

・ You can enter simple care records.

・ You can teach other staff members what you are doing. (auxiliary)

You can teach other foreign staff 1th-stage .

・ You can carry out care services with staff members in an attendant manner.

It can be performed that you move with the assistance of the users and other staff transfer with your support.

You can safely watch over for excretion assistance.

・In dietary assistance, we can provide necessary assistance to the users who need assistance. (Separate meals , change arrangement of dishes, watch over meals, etc.)

In bathing assistance, it can be done safely.

・ About work attitude

Can you recognize that your work is a responsible job ?

Can you work to refine your expertise?

Can you be diligent.

・ Knowledge

You can understand advanced care related knowledge. (You can understand the contents of the two-stage training in the facility)

You can understand the concept of risk in the facility correctly.

You can understand the care insurance system correctly.

You can understand the care plan correctly.

You can understand the emergency response.

※ If we judged that you could fulfill the above required conditions , you would advance to three stages as a regular staff candidate.

The final three steps are aimed at achieving the same level of work as regular Japanese staff. (It is the goal that you can work in work shift pattern A or work shift pattern C . If you have an attitude to work that requires higher ability such as work shift pattern B or night work, you can consult with us.)

Because in work shift pattern B or night work ,you have to communicate, coordinate with various types of professions, entry records, and have the correct knowledge of the contents of human rights related elements such as physical restraints and nursing.

We will make you firmly recognize the difficulty of responsibility for a user life and raise you who can perform responsible work.

★ 3th stages (regular staff candidate)

・ Communication can be taken in cooperation with many types of occupation.

The communication which aimed at cooperation with many professions such as the medical affairs and the consultation department can be done in general.

・ Communication with people with disabilities in communication can be done without problems.

・ You can enter care records without any problems.

・ You can teach other staff members what you are doing. (Normal care)

You can teach other foreign staff about care duties (general care duties such as excretion, meals, bathing).

・ You can perform general care work alone.

You can do almost all of the work done by the Japanese care staff.

Diaper change can be done without delay.

You can perform toilet guidance safely.

You can safely transfer and assist.

You can perform bathing assistance safely.

You can do food care safely.

Emergency response can be performed without delay.

・ Knowledge

You can understand advanced care related knowledge. (You can understand the same content training as Japanese)

You can understand infection control measures.

You can understand physical restraints.

You can accident prevention.

You can understand about inappropriate care.

You can understand about prevention of pressure ulcers.

You can understand dementia care.

You can understand medical care and nursing care.

※ 4th stage if you can now do the work alone that a Japanese care worker is doing (a level where it can be judged that you can work with physical care mainly by work shift pattern A and C). you would advance to forth stages as a regular staff

★ 4th stages levels regular staff

Aim for a level of care staff comparable with a Japanese care staff.

・ Daily and night work can be done without delay.

You are able to take appropriate action in records, emergency response, night work alone.
