How to Request Deletion

Users who wish to delete their account and all associated data can follow these steps:

Send a deletion requestEmail us at fuelwatchph@gmail.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.

Include account detailsProvide the email address linked to your FuelWatch PH account so we can identify it.

Receive confirmationWe will confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days.

Data removal processAll account data, including profile information, usage history, and preferences, will be permanently deleted.

Retention exceptionsCertain records (e.g., legal or security logs) may be retained for up to 90 days as required by law.

📌 Data Handling

• Deleted: Account credentials, profile information, usage history, preferences, and linked identifiers.

• Retained (temporary): Security logs and compliance records may be kept for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.

• Not retained: No personal data is kept beyond the retention period.
