App: FuelTrail | Developer: Ocinatma | Last updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how FuelTrail ("the App") handles information when you use it. By using FuelTrail, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

FuelTrail does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All data you enter in the App — including trip segments, vehicle mileage, and fuel prices — is stored locally on your device only using your device's storage. This data is never sent to any server or third party by us.

2. PDF Reports

FuelTrail allows you to generate and download PDF trip reports. These PDFs are saved directly to your device's local storage and are never uploaded or shared by the App.

3. Advertising

FuelTrail uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain information automatically to serve relevant ads, including:

• Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)

• IP address and general location

• Device type, OS version, and app usage data

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by Ocinatma. For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy and Google's advertising data practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings under Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4. Data Storage

All trip data entered in FuelTrail is stored exclusively on your device using Android's shared preferences storage. We do not operate any servers or databases that store your information.

5. Children's Privacy

FuelTrail is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
