FuelBook ("the App") is a personal vehicle fuel expense tracker. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.
Account Data: If you choose to sign in, we collect your email address or phone number for account creation only. This data is stored securely via Google Firebase. Signing in is optional — the app works fully without an account.
FuelBook does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third parties. All data you enter — including vehicle details, fuel fill records, odometer readings, and costs — is stored only on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage).
All app data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers or databases. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data.
The App may request the following permissions:
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used only to send you local refuel reminder alerts that you configure yourself inside the app. No notifications are sent by us.
FuelBook does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
