The Federal University Dutse Medical Research Society (FUD-MRS) was founded in 2025 as a student-led society dedicated to cultivating interest in medical research among students of the College of Medicine and Allied Medical Sciences at Federal University Dutse. The society was established to serve as a platform where students can collaborate, share knowledge, and build capacity in research, leadership, and innovation.
While the initiative was started by Abdullahi Auwalu, it quickly grew into a collective effort with the support of dedicated executives and members who shared the vision. Today, FUD-MRS continues to expand as a vibrant community committed to advancing medical research and innovation.
