Privacy Policy — Fubo
 Your privacy comes first
Fubo is a live sports and TV streaming demo app. This page explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your data.

During the current local demo build, saved titles, favorites, recent searches, downloads metadata, recordings list, and playback preferences are stored on your device only. No personal information is uploaded from you to Fubo servers as an app user in this version.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy
 Fubo helps you discover live sports, Live TV channels, matches, movies, and shows in a clean, premium streaming experience.

We designed Fubo so you can browse Home, Live TV, Sports, Search, Details, My Stuff, and the video player without being forced into unnecessary data collection. Protecting your privacy is a core principle of this product.

2. Information We Do Not Collect
 In this local-first version, we do not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any of the following from you as an app user:

Fubo does not process subscription payments, deposits, or financial transactions inside this demo build.

3. Information Stored On Your Device
 To power your experience, Fubo stores the following locally on your device only:

This information is not uploaded to Fubo servers in the current version and is not linked to a cloud identity. Data you manage in the app remains on your device — we do not receive it as a remote personal user profile.

4. Local, On-Device Processing
 Fubo is designed for local processing wherever possible. Core features — including Splash, Home, Live TV, Sports, Search, Details, Video Player, and My Stuff — run on your device using locally stored data and built-in demo/mock streaming content.

Your favorites, recent searches, and My Stuff items are not sent to our servers for storage or processing in this version. An internet connection may be used to load placeholder/demo images and sample stream media from content delivery sources shown in the app.

5. Demo Streaming Content Only
 All channels, matches, movies, shows, schedules, scores, and recommendations shown in Fubo are demo/placeholder content for discovery and UI demonstration.

Always verify real-world broadcast rights, schedules, and subscription terms independently. This demo does not guarantee live availability, licensed streams, or official FuboTV service access.

6. Advertising
 Fubo displays advertisements through Google AdMob to help keep the app free to use. Ad formats include banner ads on screens and full-screen interstitial ads shown when you tap items and navigate key actions in the app.

Google and its advertising partners may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, approximate location (derived from IP address), app interactions with ads, and technical device data to deliver, measure, and improve ads. This data is handled according to Google's policies, not stored by us as a personal user profile.

You can limit ad personalization on your device through:
 Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
