Conference Dinner

The FTL Social Dinner will take place on Wednesday, 20th at 8 p.m. at "Tre merli" restaurant: https://www.itremerli.it/#ristorante.

The Social Dinner (45€ per person) consists of four-course Ligurian menu: 

Starters:

- «Fûgassa cö formaggio» (cheese focaccia)

- «Fainâ» (chickpea focaccia)

- «Tûrta de giæe» (vegetable pie)

First course:

- «Trófie cö pesto» - traditional pasta (trofie) with fresh basil pesto

Second course:

- «Péscio cöe patatte» - local fish with potatoes, olives and pine nuts

A vegetarian option is available.

Dessert:

- «Panera vegia Zena» - Coffee ice cream with nuts

You will be able to pay for the dinner at the Registration desk upon arrival (Cash only).
