Phoenix Force Team members and mentors can guide you to help start a FLL or FTC team globally.
If this is your 1st season, we are there for you to jump start and get you confident to participate in a competition.
Your rookie FIRST Lego League or FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics season can be exciting and overwhelming but there are many resources available to make the experience a pleasant journey!

Planning & Execution
Pre-Season - Build a Team
Recruit team members (4 - 12 motivated students)
Formalize ATLEAST 2 adult mentors for the team to complement skills needed during the season. (planning & outreach, coding & robot building)
Adult team members need to pass Youth Protection Screening. (No cost to team or mentor and a requirement of FIRST)
Schedule a parent meeting for orientation and team support.
Formally register the team at FIRST by paying the fees and inviting students and parents to create an account at firstinspires.org.
